The things worth asking first.
Still unclear on something? Write to contact@pyrdo.com and you will get a real answer, not a help-centre article.
What happens to a document I upload?
Its text is pulled out and stored with that chat, so the conversation can continue without you re-uploading anything. To answer a question, the relevant text is sent to an AI provider. Deleting the chat deletes the stored text with it, and you can export or delete everything from your account page at any time. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail, including who the provider is and where it operates.
What happens when I run out of questions?
Nothing breaks and nothing is lost. Your chats stay where they are and the count resets the next day. Free accounts get 15 questions a day for the first 7 days, then 10 a day after that.
Does it work in French or Arabic?
Yes. Ask in French, Arabic or English and the answer comes back in the language you wrote in, including the maths, which is typeset properly rather than left as plain text.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, Word (
.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and plain text or Markdown. Free accounts handle documents up to 6,000 characters and Pro up to 30,000. Scanned PDFs that are images of text rather than real text will not work. There is nothing to read.Do I need a card to start?
No. Signing up needs an email address and a password, nothing else. A card is only involved if you decide to subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to free. Your chats stay. If something is wrong, write to contact@pyrdo.com.
